The introduction of a new feature does not necessarily mean that Rent Capital itself provides every underlying regulated service.
Where a new service requires specific regulatory authorization, Rent Capital may provide the service through an appropriately authorized entity or subject to obtaining the necessary authorization.
If Rent Capital introduces investment, ownership, crowdfunding, securities, fractional ownership, property investment, or equity-related functionality, such functionality will be subject to additional legal and regulatory requirements.
Nothing in these general Terms constitutes an offer of securities, an invitation to invest, or investment advice.
Users must review the specific legal terms applicable to any investment-related product before participating.
If Rent Capital introduces digital assets, tokenized property interests, blockchain-based records, stablecoins, or other digital-asset functionality, such services may be subject to separate terms and applicable regulatory requirements.
No User acquires ownership of an asset merely because information concerning that asset appears on the Platform unless the applicable legal documentation expressly provides otherwise.
